Bruce Taylor – Regional Maintenance Director

Bruce Taylor was born in Gainesville, FL raised in Jacksonville FL, graduating from Paxon High School in 1990. Right out of school, Bruce realized and embraced his passion for building and mechanics, immediately going to work in New Construction. In 1992 Bruce started a Framing Company, contracting for Atlantic Builders, running crews of up to 40 framers, on various sites throughout NE Florida and SE Georgia. In 2007 Bruce sold his framing company to a larger Developer to pursue new challenges.

In 2008 Bruce accepted a position with Lincoln Property Management to work with their Maintenance Team within their Jacksonville portfolio. Bruce continually excelled in his roles and within a short few years rose to a Maintenance Supervisor with IMT Residential, managing the maintenance operations of a 520 unit community on the South Side of Jacksonville. In 2014 his reputation and diligence earned him a recommendation to Lofty Asset Management. The regional team at Lofty immediately recognized his potential and assigned him their toughest and most challenged community. A few short years later his efforts and outstanding abilities earned him the responsibility of managing their entire Regional Maintenance Team, including Capital oversight, safety and training, building and code compliance, as well as budgeting and financial review. Bruce has become an essential part of the Lofty Team, bringing additional value to each of our communities!
